It’s Election Day (and the final day for the TPT sale)

It’s Election Day here in WV. Due to the fact that they utilize our schools as a voting location. I am off of school today. (I have a zillion school related things to work on, but I’ll be able to work in my PJ’s!!)

First thing on my daily checklist: It’s time to shop the sale on TPT. Today is the final day of the Teachers Pay Teachers Appreciation Sale.

Plus, have I told you how much I enjoy my “date nights” with the hubby?? (We don’t do them very often, but when we do I try to enjoy every second!!) Last weekend, we went to see “The Lucky One”. Even though I enjoyed the movie, I have to admit I liked the book much better. In honor of my “date night” to the movies, I created a little movie theme math and writing craftivity.

Everything you need is in this 20 page activity. Simply download, copy images onto color paper, and create. Have students write about their “movie night” and display finished pieces in your hallway or classroom bulletin board.
